SFTP Account Request
For users that are sending QRDA or Flat files to Health Endeavors for import will need to setup an SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connection. This will allow users to securely send files with patient data to Health Endeavors.
Please complete our online form to get your SFTP connection started or you may download our SFTP Connection Worksheet and email the completed form to support@healthendeavors.com.

Once your form has been received, Health Endeavors will begin setup. You will receive a secure email from sendinc.com with your login credentials and instructions on how to download the FileZilla app. Please be sure to open and save the information from this email as the email will expire 7 days after being sent.
