ACO CCLF Files   From the day files are dropped by Medicare to the ACO-MS, clients have 5 days to remit their files for processing.  If not remitted with that time frame, then the files will be held until the next month.

QRDA and EHR Flat Files must be received by 12 noon CST on the day of the import. Files received after the cutoff will be processed on the next file import day. Files will be imported TWICE per month.

• QRDAs are imported on the Frist and Third Monday of each month.

• EHR Flat Files are imported on the First and Third Thursday of each month.

Full set of Commercial Claims Files must be received by 12 noon CST on Monday of the import week. Files received after the cutoff will be processed on the next file import. Health Endeavors imports Commercial Files on the second week of each month. This import only occurs ONCE per month.

Staging Acceptance - Commercial Files.  Clients have 14 days from the date they are notified their commercial claims are on staging to review and approve or decline moving forward to production. ​
