EHR Import Feedback Reports
QRDA/Flat File
EHR Import Feedback reports are created to give you an overview of what data we are receiving in your Flat Files (BRD) or QRDA files. Each report shows a summary of the measures and answer types we were able to find in your files.
To access the EHR Import results, click on the Quality tab on your menu bar and scroll over to QM Current year. The last option will be your EHR Import Reports QRDA/Flat File)
Imports will be sorted by date with most recent imports at the top. Click on the 'Details' link in the last column to view results for the selected import.
Due to the difference in the import processes, the Flat File (BRD) and QRDA import results will show in different formats as shown below.
Flat File (BRD) import results will show N/A (skips), Positive, Negative, and Exclusions (medical) responses we found in your files. To view these responses in Health Endeavors go to the CMS Web Interface grid and use the 'Data Source' filter 'EMR Import'. Select a file from the drop down list to view patients from this file.
QRDA import results will show the applicable measure answer we found in your QRDA files. . To view these responses in Health Endeavors go to the CMS Web Interface grid and use the 'Data Source' filter 'EMR Import'. Select a file from the drop down list to view patients from this file.

*Note - when reviewing older imports you may notice that the responses do not match as future imports will override old responses and remove the patient from the import in the CMS Web Interface Grid. Patient will only show in the most current import.
Click on the 'Export to PDF' button to save your report as a PDF.
