
Enroll Using MyMedicare Account
Step-by-step tutorial video
Step 1.

Provide Patient with dedicated link (e.g., email) https://onetouchhealth.com/signin/company
Step 2.

Patient will click Login or Create an Account with Medicare
Step 3.

Patient is taken to MyMedicare login screen where they will need to enter login credentials.
Step 4.

If the patient does not have a MyMedicare account, they may click Create Account.
** Patient will need their Medicare card to reference information
Skip to step 8 if patient already has a MyMedicare account
Step 5.


Creating MyMedicare Account Step 1.
Enter demographic information including MBI (without the dashes)
Step 6.

Verify Address that Medicare has on file
Step 7.


Create MyMedicare account step 3.
Create username and password
Step 8.

Allow Medicare to share data to Get Your Health Record.
** Share all your data must be selected in order to create/match patient record in Health Endeavors-Patient Lookup.
Step 9.

Complete Get Your Health Record enrollment.
Patient will enter MBI (without the dashes), email or mobile phone and check box to accept the terms of service. Then, click Enroll.
Step 10.

Once logged in to Get Your Health Record, patient will click My Account.
Step 11.

Turn on Emergency and Treatment Sharing.
